Week Two: Uh-oh....my shin is throbbing.

So I woke up late....no doubt and now I have to deal with this.  Standing in the shower, getting ready for work, I just noticed that my left shin is throbbing.  Did I start too soon?  Is it just sore.  Ugh.  Only time will tell.
